I had a great experience tonight after my vehicle was vandalized. I had pulled in to wash it and a gentleman whom I assume was the business owner went above and beyond on what was a crappy evening. He was kind and put extra time on my meter and even gave me a handful of quarters to finish the job when he heard my story. Small thing, but was greatly appreciated. So glad we have such great business owners here in the valley! Way to go Super Clean, kuddos for nice clean facilities and being great! I'll be happy to use your facility in the future.

Charged my account way more than they should have. I called multiple times and nobody ever returned my phone calls! I can't imagine how often this happens without people noticing. This establishment does not deserve anyone's business!
I had an issue with this car wash charging my account more than it was suppose to, Turns out it was a frozen button, They are hard to get a hold of, but they did fix the problem and gave me a full refund.
