I had a question for the Kalispell store. They lack a phone option to speak to a person. I selected speak to a sales representative. After 15 minutes of lousy music and advertisements I hung up. They have lost my business for life.
I made use of the Geek Squad. They were extremely helpful and courteous, and now my old computer has a new disk drive in it, and it works a whole lot better.
Irritating sales people. Not the kind of place that is browser friendly as they think they know so much more than the customer. That's how all best buys are. I avoid them whenever possible
A small store compared to what I am used to in Spokane, WA but still a nice store with a little bit of everything from household items (vacs, coffee makers, etc) to computers and TV's. They have a very very small selection of cell phones, but at least they have some! The staff have always been there if needed but not pushy.
