The lady that helped us Jennifer was so nice and sweet and tried to help us found the perfect couch. When she got her manager involved, that was a whole other story. He was way rude! Didn't want to work with us on any point. I was going to go back and buy the couch until he told me pretty much to go **** myself! I'll never recommend this store to anyone!
No wonder the place looked like it was going out of business. I ordered a daybed on June 9th and was told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After a month, I contacted the store for a series of back and forth 'checking on it'... Long story short, it's July 27, I need the bed by August 2nd, and they now tell me that the bed hasn't even shipped from Chicago to California so that it can be shipped to Kalispell MT. Really? Never again. Full refund.
We were told our couch cushion covers would be machine washable. This was a major selling point since we have dogs. We washed four pillow covers on delicate and they came out destroyed. A lot of what the saleswoman told us was wrong. I don't know if she honestly was mistaken or just was telling us whatever we wanted to hear to get us to buy.
Nice experience until we got our couch. Delivery guys were late. I met them in the driveway and our couch was piled on top of it selves with no protective covering. It was evident they didn't want me to see it packed like that. Bottom dust cover was torn on one of the pieces. They said they would contact the store and get it replaced. Told me to 'sign here' after they got it unloaded. I 'signed there' after I noted the damage, as the form says too. Pretty obvious they were trying to get me to sign without noting the damage they caused. It's been almost a month and still no repaired dust cover after contacting the store several times. This is a minor issue compared to what we are dealing with now.
Be very careful about anything they tell you about the furniture they are selling. In our experience it was mostly false and is turning into a nightmare.
For a going out of business sale they are the most expensive furniture store in Kalispell.
We tried buying a bar bench for our island and told us it would take 2 weeks for it come in, which was fine. Never heard from them after that. Called a couple times after the 2 weeks and the sales people could never give us an exact date on when our piece of furniture would arrive. Had to end up canceling our order cause after 6 weeks of waiting they still had no idea when the truck would arrive. Found it cheaper on wayfair and delivered to the house in a few days.
