Wasn't impressed with the customer service in this place. Purchased a ring as a gift for my sister, the girl told me I could return it whenever, I went back a few day later in the morning and the entire mall was open except this store. I was going out of town so I didn't have time to hang around. A week and a half later I come back to return the ring again, and the same girl who sold me the ring says it needs to be done within a week, and it was a new store policy. I then wait 20-30 minutes for her to text the store owner to see if she can do the return, then for her to fumble around to even figure out how to do it. I won't be back.
