Horrible customer service! Was told wait time would be 15 minutes max and waiting for 35 minutes. Watched while others were being called back. Tried to speak to manager but would not have the decency to talk to me. Told hair stylist that I will never be back! Do not waste your time here.
Always satisfied with my haircuts. Since I discovered this place, I haven't gone anywhere else to get my haircut. The staff is always friendly and have smiles on. The mvp treatment is fantastic and amazing. Such a nice relaxing place for a haircut.
I will only ever come back to Aria now. For years I have searched for someone who could give my thin hair some volume and have always been told it just wasn't possible. However that all changed when Aria not only blew my mind by accomplishing EXACTLY what I wanted but then told me how I could do it every day. The MVP experience is absolutely worth it.
My only regret is I feel I should have given her a much larger tip! Thank you Aria.
Simply awesome. After being subjected to stadium lighting right in my eyes at the other places when getting a wash, I was thrilled to actually sit in a massaging chair with my feet propped up and dark lighting while getting the VIP wash and massage. Worth every penny. Friendly staff and top notch experience. Will be coming back every time after this.
