So I had an amazing experience at Jensen jewelers. I'm soon to be engaged and Jensen jewelers had an outstanding variety of engagement rings that fit my fience style. The pricing was relatively high but they were really willing to work with my budget also keeping in mind my ideas and styles I was looking for. I highly recommend any one shopping at Jensen jewelers to ask for Gordon. He has outstanding customer service skills and kept me aware of the status of my purchase, estimated shipping time, and the setting of the stone the whole way. Super great guy that I couldn't recommend more. I shopped around all over the valley and really stretched out my search for what I was looking for and by far Jensen Jewelers had me sold!

I'm a pretty fussy jewelry buyer. I can look at hundreds of things before I find anything that I like enough to buy. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and I looked all over for something special but found nothing. We were in Kalispel shortly after our anniversary and happened into Jensen. The salesperson was excellent (offered to clean my wedding set, not pushy but still helpful). I happened to see a ring guard that I loved. It was only $900 (a steal as I almost never find jewelry I like in that price range). It looks fabulous with my engagement ring solitaire and gives it a completely different look. I'm thinking that over time I could get a few different ring enhancers like this. I love my original set and will still wear it but it's fun to have some variety this way.
Every time I walk in Jensen, I am greeted with a smile and excellent service. Gordon is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Jensen to anyone looking for a great experience. Every time.
