This Dominos is great! We order pizza from here every Friday night and have it delivered. It is always very hot and fresh, and the drivers are very courteous. In the few instances that we have had an error it was corrected immediately and with a smile.
Tho the food is almost always good and they make your order right 90 percent of the time. I can't get over the fact that living 2 miles a way I often have to wait over a hour to get my did with the average order time being around 50 min. My logic is if I wanted to wait that long to get my did is just go out and eat. For a option that gets you your food fast and efficiently this is not it. With that said the food is typically very good.
We order pizza from here once a week at our work. The staff is always friendly and we know them all by name. Our orders are always correct and delivered on time. I have ordered from them personally at least a dozen times and only once did I have to call and complain that the pizza was not satisfactory - To which the manager quickly compensated for the value of my order.
Pizza took 1 hr and 15 min to arrive. Pizza was cold. Ordered Parmesan with it and was told that they were out of Parmesan. What pizza place is out of Parmesan? Delivery guy was rude and you could tell he was mad about something. Gave him a tip anyway... Everyone has bad days. But after finding out it was cold I called the location and was greeted with "Domino's hold!".... Really??? I was on hold for 9.5 Min.
Very slow delivery. I live 2 miles from the store and it took 1hr 15 minutes to arrive. I called at one hour to complain about not receiving the order and the manager on duty said they were busy and it was on the way. I called this order into the store because the online system was not able to process the order. Then when ordering I had to repeat my card number more than 3 times. I will be watching that card for any fraud charges. I expect a big apology if Dominoes ever wants another order from this house.
