Service was horrible. Brought the wrong food and drinks. Charged fot things we never got. Chicken was horrible.
Once again the service was very poor. It is 2:00 and they are not busy, it takes for ever for someone to seat us and the for ever for someone to take our order
The last time I was there we waited over an hour and a half before getting our food. And when we got our food my order was wrong. I did not want to wait another hour for them to fix it so I decided I would try to eat it. It was completely COLD and gross. It tastes like someone made it a week ago then put it in the fridge. The melted cheese was completed cold and the chicken was cold and I was unable to eat it. I was also supposed to get fries, but they did not bring those out until my boyfriend was almost done eating. Our waitress was throwing the cooks under the boss saying how they were new, dumb, and didn't know what they were doing. I do not respect. When you're at work you're supposed to have your coworkers back. You can apologize for the poor service, but don't throw your coworkers under the boss and call them names. We ended up getting our food for free. I will not be returning.
Food is meh, service is spotty. However selection of beer is decent. As long as you go with proper expectation it's legit.
LOL...sorry this place is a joke. I have been here 3 times since it has opened and none of them have been a good experience. 1 of the 3 times my boyfriend and I came in and there were 2 employees standing over by the bar flirting with eachother. We stood there for 10 minutes without being helped then decided to leave. Whoever was supposed to be hosting was too busy flirting to notice there were customers standing in line.
Just ordered and picked up wings. I order 14 wings, fries, ranch, and carrots. Only received 9 wings and the fries. Wings were cold and fries were old. Hotel where I tried to enjoy my meal was only 1.5 mins away. Looks like corporate needs to do some retraining
