We got a bid from them to run drains and water lines and when we got the bill it was $900.00 more than the quote. The installer used my tools, my ladder, showed up with not enough parts, and it took him three days to to do a half day job. I have been in construction most of my life and I have never seen a subcontractor be so unethical and flatly lie to me regarding the job. Their accounting software allows them to change pricing at their convenience.
Consider spending that extra 100 dollars the next time you need work done, you'll get a great technician with a great attitude who really does want to have a happy customer at the end of the job.
These guys came to root our sewer line out to the alley. They came on time, gave the price up front and were very professional.

They gave me the price up front so I new exactly what the job was going to cost me.They also treated my home like it was there own, cleaning up after themselves and even wearing shoe covers to not tract in mud. Yes, they cost more than Roto-Rooter, but the service is so much better. The roots from a nearby tree blocked up our sewer line Saturday and we called Plumb-Rite. The technician Jason was great, he explained things, and then free of charge he ran a camera down the line to show me the root situation, after seeing his work he decided he didn't do a good enough job so he went back in and did the clean-out thing again, free of charge.
