I don't even waste my tine with this place unless I absolutely have no other choice. The customer service sucks, they NEVER answer the phone...why even have one? Do yourself a favor and go to the one downtown.
I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WHEN I ORDER ITEMS OFF LINE WHEN THE SELLER USES USPS FOR SHIPPING. I FEEL THAT EVERYONE THERE NEEDS A REVIEW OR NEEDS TO BE FIRED SINCE I HAVE TO TRACK DOWN MY ITEMS AND SADLY I ONLY LIVE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY!
Lost check in mail and they have yet to track it and/or contact me about the situation. Very pissed off & even more pissed that I have to drive to the post office every time i want an answer or to check up on the search because they won't answer the effing phone. Called several times. Very dissapointed. Was in today-not busy at all. Why can't you pick up the phone!?!?! You get paid a lot of our government to do your job, which includes answering the phone line.
This location has a very polite customer service staff, I have only good experiences when visiting in person. However, they are not proficient in answering the phone.
