They charged me for a late fee that wasn't my fault when I have proof. They later waived it after months of hassling about it with them. They have not honored their word with me at all. They tell me one thing and do another and tell me, "This is how we do things for everyone."

While filling out the app, the man who was helping me was busy so the rude older woman came over, asked if I needed help, I explained my questions and she told me she could not help with applications.

Corental property management created a negative experience for me from the very start. The older woman who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. I found a property I was interested in, called to schedule a viewing and had to deal with her negative attitude. She told me the day and the time, I showed up and no one was there. I called, she snipped at me that it was for 4:30 and not 4:00, which is not what she originally told me.

Extremely unprofessional. I was promised a home that I looked at and they rented to someone else. And I was promised the house three weeks before I was supposed to move in. They never answer the phone. So good luck with anyone trying to get through to these guys

We have had nothing but positive experiences with CoRental in the six months that we have rented from them. The office staff was always friendly and willing to help. Every time there was a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly with no hassle. I would recommend CoRental!

Very unpleasant, unprofessional experience altogether and I didn't even rent from them. I can only imagine how much more difficult they would have been had I been bound to them with a lease and a deposit.

All of this is tolerable, in my opinion. The part I am particularly upset about is this: that weekend I had a long weekend off from work, which only occurs once every 12 weeks. I called on Wednesday to inquire about my app. I knew from credit monitoring and close contact with my references that they had pinged my credit and contacted all of my references. No reply. On Thursday afternoon after I woke up (I work nights) I checked their site out of curiosity to find the listing I wanted was removed; which I assume means they have rented it to someone else. I believe it's common courtesy, and the absolute bare minimum to call applicants who were not selected (especially when there is a mandatory filing fee). I postponed a road trip and basically trashed my entire long weekend because of this company, and I don't expect to recieve a call back.

In the past couple years their customer service has been terrible. I have emailed them, called them, etc., about issues and they don't respond back. I have to repeatedly leave messages.

I have repairs that need to be done that haven't been done because they've been playing tag with me. I called repeatedly, left several messages for a bathroom repair. They never called me back. On a Saturday, their repair guy called and said he could fix it that day, didn't ask to schedule a time with me that would work for my schedule. I was out of town. I told him I would need him to call me back the following week to schedule a time. He never called back. That was over a month ago.

If you work with this company document EVERYTHING! I now have to take photos and video everytime I pay my rent so I have documentation that I actually paid it and paid it on time.

Have been a faithful tenant with this company for 15 years, when the current owner's father owned the business. I have always left a rental better than I found it. They helped us many times get into a place when we were in a bind. They were excellent to work with until just a couple of years ago. I don't know what happened with them, but they have totally changed for the worse.

First things first, I never actually rented with this company because it never got to that point. However, my experience with them was so negative that I won't bother to apply ever again.

From there, because I liked the place so much and needed somewhere to live, I filled out an application. While I was in the office there was a very disgruntled couple arguing over their deposit. They did not seem to reach a favorable resolution.

To make a long story short, they did not contact me even after I left a voicemail. I had to call several times and when I did get a call back, I was told to come in and put a deposit down on the place I liked. I asked to see the home one more time before putting a deposit down, we had the day and time scheduled and then received a call a couple days later saying there was a mix up due to two people processing the same app and the people on the other app had priority over me.

I brought in an application with all my pay stubs on a Monday. I have a good union job with scheduled pay raises every six months, but when I tried to explain this to the woman at the front desk, I was met with a rude and unprofessional demeanor. "I don't work in accounting, you'll just have to speak with them." I asked when they were available and she said I would have to call. I knew from past experiences this meant I would likely not ever get a hold of them. She flipped through my app and was adamant about me putting the full address down, then scoffed when I couldn't remember the house number. Upon finishing she, condescendingly, said, "How are you going to pay for this?" I had forgotten my check book in my car and went to grab it; I heard her scoff and sigh as I was walking out.
