Were kept in the dark about the status of the plane deicing. Employees lacked urgency. The airport also seemed to lack the necessary equipment to properly free the plane of ice and ensure safe flight. Frustrating experience. Avoid if possible
My favorite place to fly into. Small cozy very friendly airport. They have the best TSA video in the United States.
It's a nice small international airport, but options are limited. Airlines that fly into Glacier Park Int'l Airport include Alaska Airlines, United, Delta, and a few smaller Airlines. The biggest plus to flying into GPIA is the location and short wait times to get through security and board the aircraft. Biggest cons are prices to fly into GPIA and lack of direct flights to many locations.

TSA treated my husband and I like criminals when we traveled through with our newborn. After x-raying all our belongings they then went through them by hand, something completely redundant and unnecessary. They also insisted on performing the most thorough pat-down session on my husband after he had already been through the scanner with nothing showing up. While this was happening we missed our priority boarding and I watched another young family be targeted for additional screening. Terrorists win when they successfully terrorize our lives. Congratulations to the TSA for spreading terror on behalf of those they seek to prevent from flying. No, my two month old is not a terrorist. I'm just glad they didn't ask to pat him down too.
