I travel for work and have seen a ton of airports. This one is tiny. 3 gates. The security staff are locals and as friendly as they come. There isn't much to eat, one or two restaurants and a coffee place, I'd suggest eating elsewhere. The great part is direct fights to Seattle, SLC, Denver, and Minneapolis. Maybe a few others. You get Alaska, United, and Delta here. I think allegient flies to Vegas.
As a pilot this was the highlight of our cross country trip. The folks at the FBO did an oil change while we went river rafting, AWESOME. Glacier aviation couldn't have been more helpful with hotels, car and rafting arrangements.
Rating 1 star because this is the wrong airport if you are flying out. Made the mistake to come to this wrong one and missed flight. So be alert :)
A great small airport to fly in or out of. Especially if you are looking for access to Glacier. Nice and close.
