Waited 50 minutes for 2 salads at lunch and it wasn't busy. Really disappointing. Salad was missing ingredients listed on the menu. Won't be back.
Every dish we tried (7!) was superb. Since Silk Road closed in Missoula, no better place to eat in western Montana! Great service, fun atmosphere! Would go back here any time.
Great food and atmosphere, but we made a reservation for my wife's birthday and I was informed that we would get a great seat the reservation would be set for the designated time, sadly to find that when we got there they had no record of our reservation and we had to sit there waiting for 20 minutes. Then once we actually got seated they took forever for EVERYTHING!!! And they weren't even remotely busy...not very satisfied
I went here for lunch with a friend of mine. We had the prime rib sandwich and a few drinks. The lunch was not good, the meat tasted reheated and the up charge of $2 for fries isn't worth it. We ended up dropping $60 for splitting a sandwich. Not a place that should a way better lunch. Now way 5 stars or even 3 stars.
Came in for lunch at noon.Our seats were full of crumbs. Looking around fresh tables set up also full of crumbs. Waitress explained no apples for one of their salad garnishes, really? Drive 5 minutes to Super 1 and buy some apples! One of us wanted a veggie burger and guess what, out because still waiting on the truck. Well obviously you are selling FROZEN veggie burgers, so drive to Costco and buy some FROZEN veggie burgers to sell till the truck comes. And finally, my burger was very rare as in super bloody and if you are going to sell french fries loaded with parsley and tons of garlic you might want to advertise as "garlic fries". I hear there is high turn over with employees there. I would understand this as the waitress was totally overwhelmed trying to do the patio and inside dining all by herself. Do not be so cheap and staff your restaurant properly. I will not ever be back.
