I strongly recommend Helen to anyone who is considering counseling. She is an incredibly authentic person. Whatever your background, take confidence in the fact that she will meet with you, listen and walk alongside you through whatever it is you need to walk through, to get to a better place.
Thankfully I tried one more session of counselling with Helen. My life is better because I took another shot. I'm so glad it was with her!
