Due to an emergency, Dr. Weber was running late. I cannot say enough about how beautifully the Staff handled the inconvenience to the patients. Dr. Weber is excellent, very thorough and kind. The whole experience left me with confidence and the knowledge that I will be well cared for in the future.
I originally called to ask how much a tooth implant normally costs. In the end, I paid around $3000 more than what I was told. I understand implants are expensive, but I wish I was given the right information so I could've been better prepared to pay the bill. Also, they do not offer a discount if you pay in full at time of service. If I'm spending thousands of dollars there it would've been nice to get some kind of discount for paying up front. That was my only problem with them.
Having had oral surgery by two other surgeons in the Flathead area in the past. I was very pleased to get a recommendation from my amazing dentist Doctor Dave Dodrill. Dr. Weber was amazing, his staff was kind, gentle and very thorough as they explained everything to me. I like that they kept my husband involved and had him come into the recovery room explained my Aftercare instructions to him. She even called me a few days after my surgery to check up on me and how I was feeling. Later on I had a problem with billing. Some sort of computer issue. My problem was resolved in 3 minutes and I am exceptionally pleased with all of my interactions with Dr. Weber and his staff.
Amazing oral surgeon with a remarkable staff! Won't ever go anywhere else! Thank You dr. Weber!
This is my 2nd time being a patient at Kalispell Oral surgery. The entire team of nurses and Dr. Weber are fantastic. From the moment I arrive to waking up and walking out to the car everything goes smoothly. The nurses are great about making sure the towels (used to bring up the veins) are not too hot and are rotated often. Today Levita and Dr. Weber are super patient and very considerate. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.
Now for the positives. I enjoyed Dr Weber and the assistants. They were very friendly and I never had to wait very long. They also moved to a new location and the building is beautiful. They did a great job with the implant. I would recommend this place to a friend; just would warn them that it's expensive and don't offer hospital or any kind of discounts.
