The bathroom is nasty. The toilet and sink look like no one uses cleaning products. The sink is literally stained with black streaks. The paper towels and toilet paper are placed on top of the holders, not inside. There are no toilet liners. The floors of the entire store are dirty. This is noon on a Monday.
Worst customer service ever. They didn't even know what a printer head was. I wasn't offered any help and one man ran off before I could finish asking questions.
I saw a couple employees at the register, that's it. No one around to help, not that I needed it. I didn't purchase anything.
Over the phone the clerk gave me misinformation and one clerk even hung up the phone on me so I had to make the trip to look at the product and didn't buy anything.
