Eddie and Sammie we're incredible in solving my connectivity problem. 3 previous phone calls to Verizon tech didn't solve the problem. Love Kalispell cellular plus!! They are super at problem solving, never talk down to you, are always gracious and ready to assist. One of the many things I enjoy about this store is the way the employees work together and support each other. They really work as a team.
We are strongly considering the HUM, & will deal only with Lisa from now on... She made us feel right at home!
My husband & I stopped in on our way to Glacier Nat'l Park with a troubleshooting question for my phone, & had THE BEST experience we have ever had in any Verizon store! Who knew that when we met Lisa that she would be able to help us out so quickly? We actually thought she was the store owner!
