There was 4 clerks, the 1 at the cash register tried to help me, the other got mad and told her too stay at the register, 3 were helping 1 customer while I kept asking for help for someone too show me where a item was, but apparently it takes all 3 to cut fabric for 1 customer. Sounded like they all knew each other and just wanted to visit. The clerks are too laid back in their job too care about customer service, I'll try Hobby Lobby next time...
I love JoAnns, especially the sales, but gosh my brain goes into hyper drive and it's easy to get overwhelmed!
Small store but has a nice selection of items. Lots of weekly sales and there are coupon opportunities (mobile app) to get a great deal. I've picked up everything from fabric to yarn and jewlery making items. What I don't find much (in this area of MT) is a wide selection of card stock and supplies. Typically just an isle or two around here. Half the time I go in there is just 1 person in line before me with one cashier other times I have to wait through about 8 people and still one cashier. The fabric cutting area is very popular, so there is a wait time there as well. TIP: if you need fabric cut, go there first to get you number in line and then do your shopping! Long wait times is why I had to give this 4 Stars.
My wife loves this store. Great selection of fabrics and anything else you need to create something beautiful.
