This store was very difficult to contact. I called from work which shows as an unknown number and they wouldn't accept the call. So I tried calling from my cell, similar result - refused to accept the call. Sent them an email requesting they call me for an appointment - no call back. Finally was at home during their business hours and called and got an answer. Quoted me $85 for a service call. Technician showed up and told me the units really don't need any service. He spent a few minutes showing me how the system worked and tested two faucets. When he left he confirmed the service call would be $85. Got a bill for $110 from the office. The office person said that's the charge and wasn't going to do anything about it. I'll look for another company next time!
