We were sent to this place by our home builder who had a negotiated discount. When we decided to upgrade to a larger unit, we began dealing with them directly, They have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. They sent one person to switch out our refridgerator and he was angry that my girldfirend was there and not me--they expected me to provide half the labor and the guy gave me major attitude when I arrived home, He basically walked out on us without hooking up the unit or removing any shipping material.
Annoyed, went to Ferguson a few weeks ago on a Sat. only to find it closed. The door says open Sat from 9-12. So....today made a special trip prior to noon....from Libby.....closed.
Amazing service and the quickest shipping you could ever believe!! We were treated great, the lady that helped us knew her faucets and was very helpful! We came in late in the day told her what our likes were and what our remodeling was and she helped us to find the perfect faucet! And made us an excellent cup of coffee to boot! The faucet arrived to us at our house in less than 24 hrs! I highly recommend this store!
Pretty disappointed with my service at Fergusons. I had to chase them down after ordering some items. Very poor at returning phone calls and emails. Went weeks without hearing from them despite several messages left inquiring about my items ordered. Finally just stopped by to pick them up myself. After waiting almost 4 weeks for a shower head (with no communication that it was actually back ordered) I'm just giving up and going elsewhere. I may not be big business to these folks, but very poor customer service in my opinion. I get the feeling they prefer to deal with contractors who give them lots of business for fancy homes.
We're bascically stuck with a high end refridgerator that's ice maker doesn't work properly--our upgrade was a waste of money. I will never deal with these people again and will go to a major box store for all future purchase that will back up their products with service and even the slightest bit of caring.
Horrible customer service. Wouldnt recommend to a friend or go back.
When we realized the unit had a malfunction with the ice maker, we called over and over, and they literally just didn't call us back. The builder got involved nine months later a got a service techinican to come out. His repair did little to help the problem.
