Tim Martin contracted to have some work done with our company in January of this year and it is NOVEMBER and he has yet to pay his remaining balance. He will not answer his phone or return calls. This is not a trustworthy company, I would look elsewhere for your services.

Timothy C. Martin Construction is a high quality builder. We have contracted with him on several different occasions to do work to our home. The most recent was an extensive remodel which included a completely new kitchen, basement, siding and roof. We are extremely pleased with his creative touches that make our home unique. He is concerned with our budget requirements and helpful in suggesting alternatives that will meet our needs. We have found him to be honest, and reliable; one of the best builders in the valley.
This company ruined my property and my project - which failed after just 3 months. The arena flooded and a 4 foot foundation wall is now leaning out 9". The doors don't open and close properly. The soil wasn't compacted and the foundation was built 6 inches too narrow. Search for reviews on this companies work. I ended up in a three year legal battle.
