The wait was about an hour, but primarily because people ahead of me had come unprepared. I applied for a name change and it took less than 5 minutes once I had been called up. The woman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. Not as bad as everyone says, just come prepared and don't be a jerk.

The wait time is the worst of any office I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait at least an hour for anything. They definitely need more staff to work the windows.
I myself am always in and out in minuets the rent a cop sat there and watched me the whole time i sat there made me not want to make any quick movements or any for that matter just remember if u go there, go in a crowd so u dont get stared down and soul brunt
I had my social security number stolen by a man named Alonzo Perez and this place would not help me get a new number. I couldn't even get a checking account back in 2003 without writing all 3 credit bureaus. Because he wrote bad checks. This all whole incident has made me hate how slow and unhelpful the American government is. And we just gave healthcare over to these dips. Thanks obama
