Good food but.making Reservations doesn't help. My ladies and I made reservations for a 7pm table. Got there 5 minutes Utes early and checked in. They were just cleaning what was to be our table and had the third seat sitting there ready to go. A couple walks in behind us and informs the host they would like a table. They state they have no reservations and the host prompt takes them over to the table he had just said was our reserved table. When we point this out he acts like it's not a big deal and directs us to their waiting area where we sat for about 45 minutes waiting. It took finally grabbing a waiter that had served us on a previous occasion to get seated. To be clear: the food is fantastic and we continue to dine at Blue Samurai. We just no longer make reservations
Why is there no baby changing table? This is truly my only issue. I would rate them 5 stars or higher but when you have to change your baby on your lap in the bathroom or on the bathroom floor you lose stars. Took my wife out for a birthday date (with our littlest one). I ordered flowers ahead and even pre-ordered the food (time is tight with nap times and picking up other kids from daycare). We arrived and the flowers were at the table, food arrived right away and was beautiful. What was even better was that it tasted even better than it looked. I will go back in a heartbeat but will hope each time that they have installed a baby changing table. (I'll probably bug them about it each time too.)
We went here for our anniversary dinner. We were the first ones in the restaurant. Everyone was so pleasant and treated us like family. We have never been here before. Our server Christian was awesome and very informative. We have had sushi before but this was by far one of the most explosive, tantalizing, sushi experience have ever had. We will definitely be back. If you have not been here, you have to try it! You won't be disappointed with the staff, food or atmosphere! Thanks again!
Excellent sushi! The fish were super fresh!! Escolar was so yummy. We would come more often if It was a little cheaper but overall really good. The sushi chefs were very nice and helpful! :)
Authentic sushi combined with great service. If you allergies with avocado, mango, or cucumber, chefs definitely can take them out from your rolls. Best idea is to seat at the sushi bar so you can chat with sushi chefs. They are super helpful and the best resource at the restaurant. If you don't want to wait for the table, come during weekdays. Definitely need to make reservations on the weekends, just to have your spot. However, the wait is much worthy to try the best food in the Valley. Do you know "Waiting time is a sign of good foods"
