We waited about 45 minutes to get in and another 15 minutes for our food. Then lousy service the remainder of the time. Other people with children (more orders than us) were served faster. Never going there again. Almost enough to make us give up on IHOP in general.
This is your typical IHOP. Service is spotty - one day it's average and the next it's poor. The food is also your run of the mill chain restaurant food; nothing to write home about. If you want mass produced food that is most likely filled with artificial ingredients and chemicals, this is your place.
Place is empty and food takes far too long to arrive. Once here the food is typical IHOP which is good. If you're in a rush avoid this spot but if you got some time come on in for a fair priced tasty meal

Great service, fast, friendly , clean, good portions, great food, Something for everyone on menu. Everything was superb. It is difficult to see from the road and find if you aren't aware of location.
