One star is generous. Waited almost a half hour for an order of corn dogs, fries and a drink. May not seem that long but I was going to be late for an appointment. By the way, I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. To make matters worse, they couldn't/ wouldn't refund my money because there was no manager there, only a shift supervisor. Sadly I was not the only one suffering with their ineptitude. There were at least 5 other customers that had to wait at least as long as I did. I will be going back; to see if I can get my money back. It was only $4.99, but they don't deserve to be rewarded even that small amount for their poor service.
Been here three different times. Each time food is cold and dry. Service sucks. Wouldn't bother wasting your money.
I thought when they management changed it would get better but I was wrong. I went and waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes and when I was finally to the speaker it took another 3 to be able to order, upon asking for the 8 piece meal I was told they didn't have enough chicken...... the chicken place didn't have chicken? So I asked whet they did have and was told only a&w products. This is very disappointing and management hasn't seemed to have gotten better.
Fasted to go food on the planet, I hardly had finished putting in my order and it was on the counter in a bag. Hot, A&W is a combined restaurant in this building so twice the variety. Definitely will return
Customer service was a bit slow because a new cashier was learning but as always food, portions and the delicious A&W Root Beer rocks.
