Our order always has something missing and/or incorrect. They tend to be out of alot of menu items. Went there today after not going there for almost a year, and i was reminded why we quit eating there. Waited about 10 for food, 2 food items missing, and no napkins or utensils. Probably wont go back.
As much as I enjoy their chicken, I would pass if I were you! Either that or get ready for a discouraging time! I'm done with them!
I will no longer be visiting the Popeyes at this location. 1 out of every 4 or 5 orders are decent but the other times the food is just down right disgusting and not worth the money. For example today our fries were limp, lukewarm, and tasted like they had be re-heated in the microwave. Another example is when I ordered a 4 pc chicken nugget kids meal and got 3 nuggets with one cut in half.... Really shady and just downright disappointing. Managers and crew really need to step it up x10. You lost a few customers today and I'm sure the many others who feel the same.
Hot crispy. Exactly what I expected. Staff was friendly and even brought our food out to us.
Now, this is a serious management issue when this same thing has happened 3 out of 4 times! The other 2 times I complied. This last time I didn't and drove off. Not only that, but the service is always slow as it appears they are constantly training new people! Arby's went through the same thing. Unable to keep people. Obviously a management problem. I quite going there as well.
I've tried the drive through on 4 occasions and only once was I able to order what I wanted. The last time, Friday 9/22, they could not provide 2 3 piece dark meat dinners because they didn't have the pieces! And, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait and offered me a 10% discount! Ridiculous!
Let me just say that the 1 star is not for their chicken because it is the best. However, don't ever go through the drive through at dinner time between 6 and 7 pm. You will be sadly disappointed.
They started out very well when they first opened but their quality and customer service has gone down hill fast.
