Cozy, casual environment with kind and attentive service. We both got the corned beef hash with poached eggs which was absolutely fabulous. 10/10 would come again!!!!
Had the eggplant sandwich (overflowing with roasted veggies and sprouts) and a potato leek soup.
We chose the knead cafe for a brunch time bite before heading to the airport because it could accommodate vegan diet and had good reviews. My mother offered the k-town omlet and really enjoyed how everything was prepared they do not scrimp on fillings here! Only negative was the tofu in my tree hugger dish arrived barely warmed and definitely not sauteed as described. Had to push it aside and avoid eating.

The Knead is a favorite for all. Super friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home every visit and keeps you coming back time and again. Phenomenal food and coffee. I would move in if they'd have me.
This little restaurant is a cozy surprise hidden inside a building mainly housing offices and hair salons (like Shorty's Salon next door, with Amber Radabah, an amazing stylist). A very nice, comfortable dining room, friendly service, and good food and coffee shop-style drinks. I had a chai tea latte and white chocolate raspberry scone that was so perfect on a snowy day. My daughter had a house salad that--I'm happy to say--was not simply dumped out of a bag of precut iceberg lettuce. Lots of fresh cut veggies, red leaf lettuce and spinach Can't wait to go back and try one of the sandwiches and homemade soups!
