Fast, friendly, reliable, CLEAN service- they're remodeling right now [2017 NOV] and they STILL provide the same outstanding service!!
So in a hurry to get us through the drive-thru wouldn't even put all of are drinks in a drink carrier and was rushing us to move forward because our nuggets was 4 minutes minute wait last couple times of service has been really bad
Food was good. The restaurant wasn't clean. Tables not wiped. Waste baskets in the BR and dining room were overflowing. We were there about 2 hours waiting for some one and nothing changed.
Marie taking orders at the drive through made my day! The manager offered to go to the lobby pop machine to grab my preferred soda as they didn't have it in the drive through soda machine! Food was quick, accurate and delicious! Thank you!!
I haven't gotten one sandwich correct in the past month, as I guess requesting plain burgers is too strange. The window order (overtly friendly) better then some other places, however, she gets it right on the ticket but from there to the bag it goes wrong. I know you're saying why go back, I really like the food when it's right. Oh well I'll keep trying but it would be nice if just once I got a frosty or something for waiting
