Most insecure storage establishment i have ever encountered. Vagrants have broken into our unit three times in the last month. The owner has made zero attempts to install additional lighting on the property, install security measures/equipment...and when it had been broken into and we tried to call him, we can NEVER reach him. While we have contacted him each time our unit was broken into, we received only one phone call...and it was DAYS after the fact. We have had to invest a fortune in top shelf locks, and do a drive by of our unit every other day, since the owner is rarely on site and there isn't anything resembling security. The prices aren't much different than other places in the valley, so the owner is essentially raping your wallet and returns zero incentive to keep your business, or any assurances that your belongings are secure. Do not store your items at this location. After spending 12 years in the military, i came home to get ripped off by vagrants, and a sorry excuse for a small business owner that lines his pockets with the hard earned wages of good honest folks. Steer clear of this place at all costs. You'll be glad you chose to keep your things elsewhere.
