I called a week ahead before we flew into Glacier International. I asked what information I needed and if there is anything special I needed to know to keep my aircraft there for 5 days. They conveniently leave out that there is a ramp fee per day. When I told the manager behind the counter that they should tell pilots when they call in about the ramp fee they proceeded to get defensive. So unprofessional, its easy to say sorry we must have forgot, not "well if you don't ask, we won't tell you". Good thing there are other options 5 miles away for my next trip up.
Professional atmosphere, where they treat every customer like they just stepped off a G550. Excellent maintenance staff with experience on every class of aircraft.
