I was referred to Cron by a coworker who told me they were conservative and honest. I've taken my car to Cron twice, and both times I have been amazed by their honesty and trustworthiness. Both times I took my car in because of strange noises. They found minor problems which in the first case only cost me a $40 fix (whereas a Tire-Rama kind of place would have wanted to do major work), and in the second instance they told me that I really didn't need to do anything at all right now and I'd be better off saving my money and doing it later. How often does that happen? Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and their mechanics are good as gold. I tell everybody I can about them.

JR and Julie are great and the whole thing couldn't have gone any better...I've already turned my entire family on to them and I would recommend them to anyone! And now with the new owners they made it even better, super friendly staff and quick service!
Came in on short notice to have a sound coming from my rear wheels checked out. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to fully explain and show what was going on even though it wasn't a problem they could fix. Super straight-forward and helpful. 100% would recommend.
