Very nice people working there. Service was quick even though they were busy. Listened to the employees helping others while I was waiting, they were not pushy at all about trying to make sales.
Went to Discount Tire to purchase a set of snow tires and wheels. They had to order the wheels. No problem. When the wheels came in I made an appointment to have my new snow tires put on. I showed up on time for my appointment, but was told my wait would be an hour to just swap out the snow tires which were already mounted on the new wheels for my regular tires and wheels. I was beginning to fume. After waiting nearly an hour, I was told that although the new wheels were the correct size, they didn't fit right on my vehicle. Now I was really mad. The associate said he would find new wheels that he promised would fit. He did. They were more expensive, but Discount Tire gave them to me at the lower price, made an appointment for me when they came in, and got me in and out of the shop quickly. Discount Tire really knows how to change what could have been a disastrous experience into a fantastic experience. Customer service is the number one factor that keeps people coming back--Discount Tire gets this!
I had a large screw in my tire and it was nearly flat. Discount Tire refused me service, even though I was willing to pay to patch my tire. We recently bought over $1500 worth of tires from Discount and they couldn't care less about our patronage. The manager literally could not explain his reasoning for not assisting me even after stating they fix multiple flats a day.... Thanks Discount!!
These guys are awesome! They were very busy and had to deal with some impatient customers yet they still treated the customers politely. In addition, due to the increase for need of services they stayed two hours past closing until all vehicles were done.
Great service, love the tires. They are extremely busy right now so it was hard to get the tires ordered over the phone. However if you order online then go to the store it makes things quick and easy. I will definitely keep buying from them.
