My Company takes all of their vehicles here, and always talked about how fair and honest Kalispell Alignment is. When the need arose I took my girlfriends car in and they did an amazing job and only fixed what was wrong even though we took it in for something we thought was bigger. They were great to deal with and understood our need to get the vehicle back quickly. This is a great company to do business with they are skilled, honest mechanics. I would recommend them to any friend or family member.
Kalispell Alignment left my Mustang Cobra outside over the entire weekend with windows down and hood open. I'd be very careful about leaving my car there. Also when I agreed to have them work on my car I requested OEM FORD parts and instead they used cheapo Mexican Napa crap. However the owner did apologize 5 years later which I respect and I'm sure he does quality work.
I am the owner of Kalispell Alignment & Auto. We are sorry that Aaron was unhappy with the service we tried to provide. We do not service BMW vehicles, and tried to explain to him that nobody in the valley does this type of work. We suggested a business in Spokane that does this type of work. We are a small family business that takes pride in providing great customer service. We never want to mislead a customer to believe we can repair vehicles when we cannot. The phone conversation was cut off and we didn't know if the line dropped on Aaron's end or ours. We did not have a telephone number to call Aaron back. We are sorry that you thought we hung up on you, but that was not the case.
Sent my wife in to get an alignment, they were very friendly. They informed us of a wheel bearing going out and offered to give quote but still did the alignment, most shops in town would force you to replace it before they let it go even though it didn't need to be done right away. these guys are EXTREMELY HONEST! I strongly recommend Kalispell Alignment. Thank you guys
Amazing mechanics, and amazing people. My experience was amazing to say the least. My truck was sputtering, and had a lack of power. The mechanics patiently found the problem, and never overcharged, or left me not knowing what they were doing. They treated me fairly, and were more than willing to explain everything in layman's terms. My family will never take our cars elsewhere, and will always recommend them.
