The first two times we stopped in weren't perfect. The trunk and left bumper needed a buff. The bumper was over buffed. We came in a third time after being contacted by a manager. Ryan was great! We left the car over night and most of the next day. Stopped in to pick the car up and the bumper looked great. They definitely made it right!
They are great. My experience with OHS' was wonderful. they made the whole affair of a broken car so easy to deal with. They helped me through the nightmare and what was so very awesome, they had my car done on time and done right. How can you beat that? But beyond that the staff was so nice. They joked with me and made me comfortable. It was just so refreshing to have such a pleasant experience in an auto shop for a woman. How many times are women cheated in auto shops? I can't count the times I have been, but these people were honest! A 5 star for sure.
My friend had trouble with his insurance the day he hit the deer when we went to go get his car turned into The Body Shop a rental car was supposed to be there and it was not his insurance did not submit the order yet for a rental car anyways 2 hours later we still fighting with them. At that point they had made it right and got him a rental car the cost of the body shops.Highly recommended them they are honest ingrate great job thank you for helping my friend and being patient with us you girls. did an awesome job today
Amanda and an other girl that works at the front desk we're great help today. make it long story short they went above and beyond if I could do most stars I would I would give them like a hundred Stars Plus.

OHS provided excellent customer service and professional body shop repair for my vehicle. I received a phone every morning keeping me informed of the repair progress on my vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up it had been cleaned inside and out not just the area being repaired and the repair work was excellent.
