I will never go back to comfort dental. It has been the worst experience. I will make sure everyone I know knows to never go to comfort dental. After I've made my complaints to a few friends all of them have told me that they know people that have had an awful experience with comfort dental as well. I have not been able to find ANYONE that has been able to say ONE good thing about comfort dental.
Comfort dental is an amazing dentist office. They take all insurances including Medicaid for kids and adults! The staff and dentists are very nice and super helpful. I had a great experience all around and would recommend this dentist office to anybody.
It left 4 messages and got no call backs to schedule an appointment, I again called and got a person & an appt. Too much talk between employees i.e.) a request for a bone saw by female dentist multiple times ( scary) ! My son went prior to me and refused to go back due to being cut on his face. ( He showed me scar after I went and had been taken there by his dad). I had no idea! The assistant kept asking dentist questions throughout my filling, ex rays. She was obviously being trained, then I was left with her for my cleaning, she did not know how to control the polisher or get enough polish on tooth and her hands were shaking. So much for the "Gold Plan"! Scary!!!!!! By the way my son is 9 and is now terrified of getting any dentistry done, SAD REVIEW!
When he was in college the VA got his other appliance in 2 weeks and it was perfect. Same type as well as pulling teeth. One visit and appliance came in the mail!
DO NOT GO HERE: These people are ripoff artists! Not only do they have a LOT of hidden charges, they take forever! It took my husband 4 (YES FOUR) months to get to the point of actually getting his 4-tooth appliance after getting three teeth pulled and two crowns! To top it all off they charged him twice as much as they said they would and you have to pay in advance.so if you are unhappy with the results it's lawyer time!
Everyone there is very nice. But the lady that was flossing my teeth did a horrible job! I wish and go to a better dentist :(
