Dr. Josh is a wonderful dentist!! He's very compassionate and caring! He refilled a prescription for me on a Sunday and I never expected him to go above and beyond. Great office!!! Love them!
Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. They mess up more than they fix, no regard to patient privacy- yes they will talk about you after you leave, in detail, to each other in front of other patients. If you love gossip and pain, this is the office for you!!
So a couple months ago I went in and had 2 cavities done and 5 sealings sealed. When I came in they left me in the chair for about 10 minutes then came back in, they numbed me and left again for about 20 minutes. The hygienist was complaining about her personal life and then started on my mouth, they started sealing my teeth and I started coughing and the hygienist looked at me and told me that she couldn't take the sealer out of my mouth and told me to breath through my nose in a mean voice. It's almost been three months since I got them sealed and my cavities done and I still can barely eat with out the horrible pain.
Rude, immature, and patients are not the priority
Had a dental emergency, arrived as a walk in patient. I was seen within 40 minutes, treated compassionately and professionally, and on my way in about a half an hour. Amazing price for the initial plan and a very reasonable quote for an extraction which was scheduled for two weeks out. Definately recommend Comfort Dental.
