Friendly, somewhat condescending, staff saw me coming. Moved to the area alone with little direction as to who I should see for my dental maintenance needs. They didn't comply with my insurance, which cost me unexpected fees, nearly every visit was over 2.5 hours (during one appointment I was in the waiting room for 40 minutes before I was asked to reschedule), each visit they attempted to talk me into some major work that isn't needed (My teeth are fine), and nearly had a bill go to collections even though I had checked in directly with them two times. Somewhat shady practice in my opinion.
Dental Distinctions is unlike any Dental Office I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I have been with Dr. Nelson for over 2 years as a part time employee. The attention to detail in providing comprehensive dentistry and building life long relationships with her patients is unlike anything I have seen in my 19 year career. State of the art technology and techniques. Passion is a word that would best describe this office. It’s not just a job for Dr. Nelson and her amazing staff it’s so much more. These souls are the best at what they do and care for each and every patient as if they are family. Not one day goes by that I’m not in aww at their compassion and talent. So if your out there reading this review and want to find the perfect forever dental home for you and your family you should give them a call and see for yourself what I get to see 3 days a week.
I'm a long time patient at Dental Distinctions. Service is always good and the staff is friendly. Went in for a cleaning this time around. Summer is always very attentive, knowledgeable, instructive and thorough.
Great people! Never liked going to the dentist, and stayed away for 6 years. After cracking a tooth, I had no choice but to seek dental care. After getting me in right away to begin working on the cracked tooth, they easily took out a couple of small stains I had on other teeth that my past dental offices had failed to remove. My smile and teeth look and feel the best they have in a decade.

From fillings to crowns to veneers, Dr. Nelson and her incredible staff transformed my smile into the beautiful and healthy smile I enjoy today! She stands behind her work, and will do everything in her power to ensure the work is perfect. The entire staff is so friendly, and they all feel like family.
