Another thing I would like to add to this is KRMC doesn't welcome more than one person attend the Csection with the mother, however my mom signed a release and got me back to the OR for the surgery with her husband. I've NEVER felt so welcomed into a surgery and that's even with permission. After photographing Csection and birth both at KRMC and North Valley this was the best experience. Dr. Kasavana welcomed me with open arms and even gave me a peak at what I would be working with.
I have had mistakes happen with my bill, my prescription and my Dr.'s attentiveness all within the roughly 6 months since I became a patient. Also the limitations put on refilling necessary prescriptions is ludicrous.
I've never enjoyed going to an OB, I prefer the home, midwife experience. But there is something about Dr. Kasavana that would make me question that and that's with having personal experience and care with 3 care providers at Kalispell OBGYN. It was refreshing to work with him. Thank you!
I had Dr. DeHoop and he was wonderful, professional, did a fantastic job of explaining things and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I felt comfortable with him from the start. I've even recommend him to several of my friends.

I was asked to photograph a birth at KRMC by a woman having a csection. Her csection went from planned to going into early labor. Dr. Kasavana was not who we expected to have during the Csection, my client was skeptical, but after witnessing him in action I couldn't imagine anyone better for the job! Dr. Kasavana's energy and vibe in the OR was amazing. He had everyone smiling and laughing! He was professional, kind and HILARIOUS! As a woman who switched from kalispell OBGYN with my 1st to a home birth with my 3rd I can say without a doubt I would feel confident and secure while being in his care. I'm glad him and his wife are here serving the Flathead Valley, we need more people like him working with our moms.
