I had an absolutely AMAZING stay. The staff were all very nice, the breakfast was good, and the rooms are very well kept. I wish I could give a 7/5
Clean, clean, clean! Modern feel from lobby, work out area, pool/hot tub and bed room. Very nice beds and sheets, pillows and couches/chairs. Kitchen set up is perfect for short or long stays and the rooms are QUIET. Breakfast is quality and evening meals are a great touch. Love this hotel and staff
This place was wonderful. Clean rooms, delicious food and quiet. The best part though were the people. Everyone was helpful and nice. Extra kudos to our housekeeping person Renee. Room was spectacular and she left sweet notes for our little girl that made her feel special every day.
Got there around 6:00 pm. I had booked but got the date wrong. So, instead of honoring the price I had booked for, the hotel charged me the rack rate. I could see it if the place was full but the parking lot was empty. I should have gone elsewhere but it was late in the day and we had spent 10 hours on the road. The room was fine, what you would expect from a Homewood. Quiet with plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet was ok. I’ve had better to Best Western. The location is good with good access and there is shopping and restaurants nearby. However, I have to rate it 2 for ripping me off on the rate.
Just called to get a hotel room for the next 2 weeks starting tonight (Saturday) and was told that I needed to talk to another lady about a reduced rate and she will be in on Monday..I explained that I needed one starting tonight and if he could not rent me a room I would go else where. Never in my conversation did I ask for a reduced room rate, I would have gladly paid full price for 2 weeks. Crazy...Great customer service. Someone need to be retrained.
