Advanced property management company is incompetent. I owned property in the Flathead and had this company manage it. They never return your phone calls or send you statements. Very unprofessional! They rented my property to a family of 6 on Section 8 . Massive damage to house. Renters smoked heavily in it. Lots of damage .I spent thousands to make place habitable for new owners!! Advanced Property management almost cost me a sale on my house. They did not give renters correct 30 day notice. Which I told them almost a month in a half in advance to tell renters. Plus they never gave me full amount of rent or security deposit from renters staying and trashing my place. Advanced property owner said she did monthly inspections on my property. Tentants said other wise. They said she had been on the property twice in 2 years. I question this company's integrity. I am not the only one who has had major issues with this company. Renters and Property owners BEWARE!! They should not be allowed to have their business license!
I have rented from Advanced real estate management for years. The owner cares so much of the tenants. My kids and I were out of a house and AREM went above and beyound to find us a place. They even found us a temporary place till something was available. I highly recommend them!!!
