We bought a lot in a subdivision in lakeside last fall. Shelly Ragland was our agent. I can't say enough about how helpful she was. She went above and beyond what most real estate agents have done for us in the past. We buy and sell commerical real estate all over the United States. Because she knows the area so well she knew that when someone in the HOA said we needed an engineered water drainage plan for the lot that raised a red flag with her. After a few phone calls on her part and mine as well we found out that was not a requirement. Because of Shelly she saved us about $2,000.
