They take great pride in their rentals, were extremely prompt in returning calls and scheduling services, courteous with notifications, and were an absolute breeze to work with, from showings to moveouts. I felt that the rent I paid for the properties I occupied were extremely fair, considering the locations, amenities and condition.
I would and I do recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent .

Jessica and Matt are awesome people to work with! They are very understanding and will go out of their way for you. They worked with me and got me into a place pretty quickly and gave me a chance! And the moveout process was stress free and they were really quick to get me my deposit back! Highly recommend this agency!
Never had a problem with Managment .
When my family and I moved to Montana there were very little rentals to pick. We quickly found Matt and Jessica and moved into an apartment as we continued to look for something larger. As soon as a property became available, Jessica called us to let us know. We walked through and moved into the new rental within a week. Anytime we had an issue with the house Matt would come out and quickly get it resolved. Matt will come on weekends or late at night if something comes up. We recently moved out of the rental and the final walkthrough was very pleasant. Matt talked with us about our new house and was excited for us. I would highly recommend Integrity Property Management to anyone looking for experienced and knowledgeable people.
I hope I'm lucky enough to find any management companies similar for the rest of the time I plan to be a renter...actually, let me rephrase that: I'd sure like to see more companies doing things *anywhere* near the way Integrity Property Management does, but I definitely thank them for standing so well ahead of the rest.
Just left my second rental with this company; I'd rent from them again if I weren't leaving the area for school! They certainly set an example for living up to one's namesake and I'm definitely inspired. I've heard lots of complaining from locals about their experiences with rental managment companies & I'm grateful I didn't experience anything similar with Jessica & Matt.
