Wonderful store! The staff is very helpful and knowledge. Plus the stores lay out is wonderful as everything is easy to find.
This place is ok. However I have had a few experiences where he customer service was just terrible. Recently I was in and asked a "guide" for some help with the gun safes. He said he would call someone. I stood around for 20 minutes and no one showed. The whole time I could see him and another guide standing at the gun counter where there were no customers. I feel like I'm pretty patient when folks are busy, but this just felt like a slap in the face. Guess my money's not green enough for their service...took it somewhere else.
