My fault for paying him but he would have just held my new phone hostage.
"That will be 100 bucks" he says, knowing full well that he had just screwed up my phone.
$100 to transfer text messages and contacts to my new phone from old one with broken screen. Instead they overloaded the new phone with pictures and video to the point that it would not function, kept crashing.
They are honest, they provide outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond and they always save the day with their quality, timely and reasonable cost repairs!!
Excellent store. I went from android to iPhone, and the excellent technician helped move my text messages using another app when the standard Verizon cloud app did not work. It's refreshing to deal with a shop that is very helpful and good at what they do! Well done! Much better than a Verizon store!
