My shipment has been in town for four days now and it hasn't been delivered. The first day, they tried to deliver too early, and my shop wasn't open. Which I understand. But it's been several days now, without any updates or attempted delivery. I needed this package days ago.
I use fed-ex shipping for my business two to three times a week because they are always reliable. It also helps that Mary and Keri run the front office. They are tons of fun. They each deserve a big raise!
