I took my sick kitty to them, and they kept him three days, then charged me hundreds of dollars and sent him home with no answer to his illness. The next day, a Saturday, he looked even worse, so I took him to the emergency pet clinic instead. Within 15 minutes, they ran a blood test (which Ashley creek vet never did) that showed kidney failure. The emergency vet thought maybe he could've been saved if the problem had been caught sooner, but I had to put him down. Ashley creek's vet and owner refuse to reimburse, even though my kitty is buried now.
