They were very rude when I brought my dog in they have been my vet for a few years and my dogs never get better .If you care about your animals at all I would find a different vet I did and I have not regretted it.
Have taken my animals, including my registered therapy dog, to Countryside Animal Clinic for over 13 years. Our dogs and cat are part of our family and we trust Dr. Rick and his staff totally to care for them. Highly recommend.
We took our dog here for her shot to get her registered and also for a tic and they took great care of her. The were very quick and thorough.
This clinic was extremely unprofessional and put my dogs health at risk. She has Addisons disease (This requires her to get a monthly time-sensitive shot). I scheduled an appointment far in advance and received a call just before the weekend letting me know they had just ordered the medication and it may not be there Monday, the day of my appointnent. I am here temporarily and made them aware of this. As soon as they were informed I would not be a returning customer they CANCELLED THE ORDER and let me know they would not be willing to help me any longer. I had to call all of the vet clinics in the area and find someone who might have what she needs on hand who had last minute availability. Luckily Whitefish Animal Hospital was happy to take me and took very good care of me. Bottom line- I have been to A LOT of clinics and this is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.
We have been very happy in our dealings with Countryside. It is very clean, economical, and the staff are caring and kind. I highly recommend them.
