Taken advantage of and they made me pay almost $ 300 for a wild animal they knew would die. I'm 19 and I've never had an accident involving a wild animal so when I found a bunny in the middle of the road I wasn't sure to do with it so I brought it to this hospital where I was hoping I could get some information about it and maybe some help. They proceeded to take X-rays and offer antibiotics and of course me being an inexperienced teenager I said yes. Because what else was I supposed to do? They made it seem like this was what I was supposed to do. They never told me to call animal control (which I found out later) they never told me I was responsible for paying $300 THAT NIGHT. I had to take out money and ask other people just to pay this bill at 10 at night. I lost all of my savings and all that was in my checking just because these people took advantage of me.
I've had several dogs and my parrot into Flathead Pet Emergency for several after-hours emergencies. Dr. Dean is so kind and thorough and explains everything you could ask thoroughly and with patience. We are lucky to have this great clinic in Kalispell.
Very kind and understanding. For an emergency vet the prices are reasonable. I have had one of my dogs in twice and did not need follow up care from my primary vet. They have taken great care of my dog.
Had an emergency with my dog tonight. Called these nice folks who got him in, stitched up, and back to me within no time for a very reasonable price! The staff was friendly and efficient even when my pup got a bit growly!
