I will never rent another car from Alamo again. I rented a car from them Mother's Day weekend. Driving conditions were clear all weekend and the weather was great! I returned the car on Sunday in perfect condition on a full tank of gas. About a week later I get a phone call from an insurance adjuster stating that a rock had hit the windshield and the entire windshield had to be replaced. When I asked for pictures to be provided, they could not provide anything. This is a bogus claim because there wasn't anything wrong with the car. Aside from that, nobody came out to inspect the car.
